To request the deletion of personal data associated with your account, please send an email from the email address linked to your account to contact@whereverly.com. In the email, clearly state your request for the deletion of your account data.
Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following personal data tied to your account:
- User Account
- Badge unlocks
- Favourites
- Travel journals
Please note that we are unable to delete any anonymised app usage data collected, as it is not feasible to identify and isolate individual user data once it has been anonymised. We will send a confirmation email to notify you once the account deletion process has been completed and your personal data has been erased from our systems, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
